To reach Central Asia, we had no choice but to drive through Russia—a decision that felt uncertain given the current situation. With plenty of worst-case scenarios running through our heads, we were unsure about what to expect. But, as we’ve learned, it’s best to rely on firsthand experiences rather than assumptions. So, despite the uncertainty, we chose to embrace the adventure and see for ourselves. Sometimes, you just have to go for it!
Nonetheless, we’ve encountered a fair amount of criticism regarding our choice. In the video below, we delve into our reasoning and share additional insights, hoping it will offer guidance to future travelers.
